Purchase terms for price history

Version 1.0 · in force since 2026-09-12

These terms apply only to purchases of individual price-history reports under kampanjradar.se/prishistorik — not Kampanjradar’s subscription service (see Terms of service).

1. Seller

The report is sold by Egaux AB (Swedish org. no. 559218-7537), Vedettvägen 19, 183 50 Täby, phone 073-502 04 73, email support@egaux.se.

These purchase terms apply only to purchases of individual price-history reports under kampanjradar.se/prishistorik. They do not replace the general terms of service for Kampanjradar's subscription product (see /villkor), which apply to other parts of the service.

2. What the purchase covers

The purchase is for one (1) digital report on the price history of a specific car model, compiled from the private-leasing offers Kampanjradar has observed for that model over the period shown for that model before you pay (normally up to 18 months).

The report covers the model as such — not necessarily the exact version, drivetrain or trim level you had open in the preview. The history may include other variants of the same model.

3. Sources, scope and limitations

The data is taken from the manufacturer's or dealer's publicly advertised private-leasing prices, collected by Kampanjradar once a week. Not every month contains an observation.

The actual scope for the model you buy (number of observations, the period they cover) is always shown in the preview before you pay. The report is a basis for your own assessment — not advice, not a guarantee of future price movements, and not a complete history of every price that has appeared on the market.

4. Price and payment

The price is SEK 129 including VAT per report — a one-off purchase with no subscription or auto-renewal.

Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of purchase. Stripe sends a receipt to the email address you provide. Card details never pass through our own systems.

5. Delivery and access

The report is delivered digitally immediately after payment is approved, in two forms: as a web page you can open directly in your browser, and in full in an email to the address you provided at purchase.

There is no customer account and no sign-in. The link in the email is your primary way back to the report — save the email. If email delivery fails, this is shown clearly on the web page after purchase, and you can contact support@egaux.se to have the report resent or its contents confirmed another way.

6. Right of withdrawal

The report is digital content delivered immediately after payment is completed, by being shown in the browser and sent to the email address you provide.

Before completing the purchase, you expressly consent to delivery starting immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost once the supply begins.

Once the report has been delivered, there is therefore no right of withdrawal or right to return the purchase because you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the report is defective, is not delivered, or otherwise deviates from what was agreed.

7. Defects, non-delivery and complaints

Your statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act's rules on digital content are not affected by the right of withdrawal ending under point 6 above.

If the report is materially defective, is not delivered at all, cannot be opened, concerns the wrong model, or contains data that clearly deviates from what was shown in the preview — contact support@egaux.se. You are entitled to a fix, redelivery or refund as required by law. We never impose a blanket "no refunds" condition on the purchase.

8. Permitted use

The report is for your own personal use as a basis for your own vehicle purchase or lease decision. It may not be redistributed, resold or published publicly in full without written permission.

9. Personal data

We process the personal data required to fulfil the purchase, deliver the report and handle any complaint, dispute or support request — including your email address, purchase and payment information, and the consent you gave. Full details on how we process personal data for this service are available at /integritet.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

Swedish law applies. Please contact support@egaux.se first with any question or complaint.

As a consumer you always retain the right to bring a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform, without affecting your right to go to a public court.
