What we collect

Contact details (email) for sign-in, customer support and billing.
Account data (plan, status, billing history).
Usage data at a basic level so we can improve the platform and debug — e.g. error logs.
Measurement data from this landing page (page views, clicks, source) to evaluate ad campaigns. Measurement data is pseudonymised and requires consent in the cookie banner.

Recipients

We use external processors only to the extent required to deliver the service:

Stripe — payments and subscription management.
Cloudflare — hosting and CDN.
Google (GA4, Google Ads) — measurement and ad optimisation. Activated only with your consent.
Meta, LinkedIn — ad-campaign measurement. Activated only with your consent.
Microsoft Clarity — aggregated behaviour analysis. Activated only with your consent.

Subscription

Kampanjradar is a subscription service. To manage your monthly plan we process subscription status and billing history via Stripe. We never store card details.

Price-history report (one-off purchase)

When you buy a single price-history report at kampanjradar.se/prishistorik, we process the following in addition to the above in order to deliver and document that purchase:

Purchase and payment details (email, model purchased, price, timestamp) via Stripe.
Evidence of consent for the choice you made before purchase — that you consented to immediate delivery of digital content and that your right of withdrawal thereby ends, including which version of the terms applied and when the consent was recorded. This is not a marketing or cookie consent; it is contractual evidence required under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
Email delivery status for the message containing your report (e.g. sent/failed), so we can troubleshoot or resend it.

The report requires no customer account and no sign-in — but that does not mean no data is stored. The purchase and consent details above are stored even without an account, as evidence of the purchase and to handle support, complaints or disputes.

Product development

The platform is under active development. Views, calculations and features may change as we improve content and data quality.

Your rights

You can request export, correction or deletion at any time. You can also object to certain processing and withdraw consent for activities that are not necessary for the service. Click "Cookie settings" in the footer to change your measurement consent. Note that consent evidence and purchase details for a completed report order cannot be deleted while they serve as accounting or contractual records.

Retention

Account data is kept while your subscription is active and afterwards for the period required by Swedish accounting law (7 years for invoice records). Purchase and consent records for price-history reports are kept on the same basis. Pseudonymised measurement data is kept for up to 14 months.
